I see so many mommies the struggle from mental health and this is so toxic for the babies because you know whenever you are feeling your babies are feeling the same at that point so you need to work on your mental health and for that you can follow the most prestigious of tips on that is to kill your mental health number one is look after you're off physical health that works a lot when you start exercising you start eating healthy it will eventually develop your arm Oh it will better your mental health for time and meditation is way too important meditate pray whatever religion you belong to pray as much as you can and focus of on the right things you know are you need to develop this habit of practicing of thinking of only positive things in your life just like your babies interact with them then go to make you happy when you look at them you play with them at all it releases dopamine in you so you need to be with your baby most of the time to put aside your phone but put aside anything That is going to distract you go out in the nature and feels good about your existence find a purpose and get busy and something productive so these are a few other things that can help you cure your mental health and it is way to help a bit better important to help yourself because you are a children are watching you to the queen with you so they don't want to see a mama who is suffering in any kind of way So work
See this is really helpful because I love going to the gym releasing endorphins it makes me happy I love meditation and I love yoga and my daughter watches me do yoga so she tries to get involved as well sometimes though and it's really really fun I'm just little things help my mental health go along way

This is great advice. I often struggle with just being present in the moment and appreciating it. I think meditation also is a good idea. Just focusing your mind and like calming it and taking away all of the distractions.
Yes being grateful about where you are in life I think that's one of the most important factor as well which I haven't mentioned in my voice thought but yeah that's true I am focusing on the right things being grateful that's the part of the game
