Your thoughts on having a scale in your house is it a must have is it some thing that not everybody needs is it some thing that you shouldn't keep in your home because I feel like I've almost always had one and I always end up going to buy one but I haven't had one in my current house for probably eight months so I don't know if I'm gonna go get one I just weigh myself when I'm at other peoples houses who do have skills but I don't know

No I actually have not checked my way in so long I feel like sometimes it can create a weird unhealthy relationship not for all people obviously but for some so I prefer not to look at the scale like ever

Yeah I totally get that and I think that's a big reason why we don't have one right now but I have had them in the past

Not anymore I had one almost my whole life but I never really worry too much about my way and I did gain some Covid pounds but I think it's just better I mean I know when I'm in shape I know what my body looks like I know how many clothes fit me so I don't want to obsess about numbers anymore if it became a problem I really needed to watch what I'm eating to lose pounds I would get one again

I definitely agree with that because I had one of my life also and then just recently haven't had one and I haven't like missed it but if it came to a point in my life where I needed to watch it for a certain reason whether that be for health reasons or I don't know just trying to bulk up or get scan or just keep an eye on it then I would definitely consider Re getting one

I don't really think it's necessary maybe it's just the fact that I have like a really unhealthy relationship with the number on the scale that me and maybe that's why I don't have one in my home but I've ever been weighed is when I go to the doctors

Oh I don't think it's a must have but it's I mean I like to have it just to kind of see where I'm at I'll wait myself maybe like every other week or what not but yeah I mean it's nice it's nice having one

I agree not having one right now I'm like I don't miss it but also there's times I'm like oh like I wish I did have one so I guess I give or take I could have it I could leave it but that's interesting

I have one but I rarely use it. And mainly just if I want to check my daughter's weight, my weight kind of stays in a certain area so I don't really have to worry. So yeah. Mainly just if somebody else wants to check or if I need to check my daughter.

Yeah that makes sense I know a lot of people who have scales just to keep tabs on like their children's weight because I don't know that's important when you're younger yeah

It's definitely not a must-have and you definitely do not need to scale in your house I've got a scale because after I had my daughter she was really really really not gaining weight properly and she was really small so I had bought a scale so I could for my own peace of mind to scale her but it's definitely not a need

I totally agree I don't think it's a necessity unless you have a specific reason like that or if your doctor has told you to watch your weight but otherwise I don't see the reason behind having it like it's just a number on a scale and you can measure your health and fitness and so many other ways that are a healthier way

I don't think it's essential but it's very convenient to have one in your house just for general health reasons I think it would be convenient to have a school in your house here I've got one so I think it's quite quite necessary

I feel like a skill is a must-have, especially if you have a weight gain or a weight loss goal. But honestly, I've been avoiding mine. I feel like I was hopping on the scale every other day, waiting for the number to change, and it sort of drove me crazy. So I feel like it's a good thing, but then again, just make sure that you're disciplined enough to avoid it sometimes, and not put so much focus on what the number says.

I personally don't feel like it's a must and the reason why it's for me is because I like going to gym but I hope I do feel like it would make a difference if you are trying to get into fitness I obviously, you know, I'm on to your weight. I obviously lose some weight or even gain some weight. So yeah.

I don't wanna scale iPhone about getting one but then I know for me my weight does not fluctuate much and often I'm not at the way I want to be right now and so I am working on slimming down but anyway for me I want to lose me 5 to 15 pounds max but I'm 56 so I don't want to scale I'm not judging myself on how much I weigh I'm judging myself on how good I feel and what I'm doing to maintain that feeling in my health and fitness
