IT allows the space to be your authentic self. Because sometimes just being yourself is a radical act. When you occupy spaces and systems that weren't built for you, your authenticity is your activism. So any and everybody who works in the IT space should also always let that shine through and always be your authentic self. it will get you far and you'll be much happier doing it.
