What's up y'all, this is Techie. Just bringing you guys some new information that's about to come down the pipeline on March the 30th. So pretty much reporting on medical debt. So the three major credit bureaus, Equifax, TransUnion and Experian, they're gonna instill a new policy on March 30th of this year, which means that they're no longer gonna be including medical debt under a dollar threshold on your credit report. Also, there was an amendment back in November 30th, 2021, and nobody really paid attention to, where debt collectors can't report a debt to the three major credit reporting agencies, unless they contact you first. So that means that if you take out a financial loan from a furniture store, for instance, they have to exhaust contact with you prior to them reporting or selling those accounts off to other credit companies. So I'm just bringing a little update to you because I came across this today in the news. So I hope you guys enjoy it.
