What are y'all's like go-to like weight loss tips and tricks or like your weight loss meals that like you know that like if you do Those things or eat those foods like they're gonna work like Mine is for my meal preps and my lunch. I don't have a side like I don't have rice. I don't have potatoes I don't have I just have like my protein and then I eat a whole cucumber and I'm usually full from the cucumber and the chicken and then it's just like Like one, like I got protein in from my lunch and like I'm full from the cucumber and I'm hydrated and all that kind of stuff. So I know like once I start eating a cucumber a day, like I'm gonna start losing weight. And then also like doing at least 30 minutes of cardio. Like that's usually like, if I consistently stay up with that, I start losing weight. But yeah, what are y'all's like tips and tricks? Cause I am curious, I do want to add more things into my routine and I would love to just be able to like safely and sustainably lose this weight.
