Are you the type of person that when you get tired you like just go ahead and take yourself to bed? Or are you the type of person that like literally will fight sleep and tries to like get whatever they need to get done? done um Because I'm the type of person that fights sleep. I'm getting really tired of fighting sleep because I have so much stuff I feel like I need to do every day and It's like me not sleeping is really just affecting my performance on everything the next day and it's super frustrating because I've noticed that like being at the gym like the more tired I am of course like my workouts aren't gonna be as good and so it's just like I need to stop trying to fight sleep and just actually go to sleep.
