No I actually don't take any vitamins or supplements sometimes like I'll remember to take zinc but on a daily basis I don't take any vitamins or supplements and I never get sick
I try to rely on my diet but of course that's kind of difficult so yeah I'll add a protein powder to a smoothie that kind of thing there's a gummy vitamin I I like smarty pants.
