100% nothing should stop you from working out at any time even if you haven't got a gym Just doing simple workouts like push-ups, burpees, just anything simple, just to maintain that momentum, you know.
If I'm abroad I'll just like 100 push-ups and sit ups before before going out and then I'll have 100 when I come back just before going bed sign something light
Honestly, I don't worry too much about it. If I can get it in, cool if not, not bad. But I always get like 10,000, over 10,000 steps every time, every day I'm out. So, you know, I don't worry about it.
It depends what kind of vacation is if it's just like a chill one then maybe I'll work out here and there but just what I'm feeling but if it's like we're gonna be on the road are we hiking or are we going to the beach gonna be going to different places all day walking around that I usually won't
I think if the resort or hotel or wherever you're staying at has a gym I'll definitely try it. I think it's fun to try different gyms in different countries.
