Personally, since I'm still in high school, I got gym every single day, sadly, but so for me it's every single day. But when I'm not in school, I'm dancing around and all that stuff, so I don't know.
I think three or four days out the week is good enough. I aim for four for myself. I like to work out every other day. For me, it helps me be consistent. But for anyone else, I think three day minimum is just fine.
