Hello, uh, good evening, good night, everyone I, um, today, I'm making this on something that I came across and I forgot where I read it but they're, um, they're coming at this well, it's philosophical but there is a, a resonance of backlash so, um, I don't remember exactly what it was said and I'm having trouble retracing where I found it But the author writes or talks about an unsteadiness within us that makes it so that we can gravitate or like two opposing ideas. And the thought is that they're on opposite sides of the spectrum. So you can like something that's like, let's say, super conservative and then like something that's like super bold. so he's um uh he's saying that this is because of something within us but i thought today that um a lot of the reason also or it's a contributing factor is our exposure to everything in the world today so everything from like what we see when we go on the internet internet to like the movies that we watch so if we really wanted to like take that control back within ourselves we would have to limit a lot of what we consume or take in or watch or and also how we like what we participate in
