Hey, that ***** put two, he put damn near the whole protein like half of the can, but a jug, container, whatever you want to call it, inside it, inside it, kept on dumping and dumping it. You're supposed to add greens with that, you know, but you're supposed to put the ice cubes, you ain't even supposed to dump the ice cubes, period, inside the, mix it up with the protein, but you're just dumping it in there and just blend it all up.
