If you lack energy and you feel like you're depressed and like it's hard to be motivated, I just, I would highly recommend you to look into your diet and make sure that you're doing the best you possibly can to have a great diet. Because, you know, if you're not eating the right nutritious foods, you know, that can make a huge, huge difference. So please look into that. And yeah, hopefully some of these things could help you.
I say this as somebody that used to be super malnourished and used to have horrible energy and would hate my life every day and I'm telling you, if you're not eating the right foods, it makes a huge fucking difference. You know, my days aren't perfect these days, even eating right, but I'm telling you, it's definitely way better than it used to be. It makes a big difference.
