Thank God I eat all of these already and I love me some Yoplait, um, that peach yogurt. Mmm, Yoplait peach, ooh, try it, it's so good, y'all. But yeah, I love me some cabbage too, some, um, stewed chicken with cabbage. See, I'm, I'm Guyanese, my background, we, we cook all of this stuff, we eat all of these things. The only thing I don't like from here are those Granny Smith apples. If it's caramel on it, I'll eat it.
I actually do a little bit of everything. I don't do the coconut stuff, but I cook with coconut oil, and I use coconut oil in a lot of my cosmetics, so I know that it does help me, and I am on my way to starting to lose weight again because of my autoimmune disorders. So it definitely does help.
