You know for weekends it's a good time to unwind, relax, you know take a breather from the week especially if you do work during a weekday so it's the best time to relax. What are ways that you make time for yourself? Because a lot of times we don't make enough time for ourselves and making enough time for ourselves is very crucial because sometimes you need that alone space. You need that time to debrief, clean your mind, you know be in your own thoughts without any interruptions or people influencing your thoughts. It's good to have that space, it's good to have that alone time.
I make time for myself by meditating. I try to do it as often as I can and just even five minutes of doing so makes all the world's difference especially for my mental health and you know clarity and whatnot. And also just physically I try to make time for walking whether it's on a treadmill or outside with a friend just something to get my body moving so I hope that helps.
