So guys in terms of protein sources which of the tea do you think is a better source of protein fish or chicken let me know let me know personally I just prefer eating chicken anyway so I'm gonna go chicken butt I also really enjoy fish but I have chicken more often so I'm going to go chicken but let me know how old to which one you think is a better source of protein
I definitely think that chicken is a better source of protein however I'm pretty sure I feel like this is true that fish has lower calories maybe I don't know if for that for a fact though up but I would definitely say chicken
So I think that chicken is higher in protein, however fish has more like nutrients and benefits to it like omega-free, zinc, all of that type of stuff. So it's kind of, does that even it out? I don't know, if you're looking for more protein, Obviously just go for more chicken.
I'm pretty sure fish gives you a better like overall health boost like it has like omega's and all that extra shit as well as a good source of protein is not too fatty at all so I personally like fish but chicken you know as a black man you can never go wrong with hitting us
