If you're pregnant and are worried about your birthing experience one of the best tips that I can give to you is to keep exercising it is been proven in studies that regular exercise and movement throughout your pregnancy really does help to reduce the strain and the risks and complications during birth because of the hormones and the chemicals that are released during exercise the endurance and the strength that is built throughout exercise And it also helps to prevent things such as postpartum depression after you give birth because of the endorphins that are released and just overall in general everything that your body benefits of when you are exercising so this can be at home simple exercises that you do without any complicated machines could be walking bicycling at home if you have one I'm in there's tons of YouTube videos for pregnancy exercises and also help you to prevent tearing and all of those things that we don't desire during birth so make sure that you keep exercising at least three times a week for 15 minutes and you will reap the benefits and so will baby because your babies brain is also affected by your exercise and it helps to build a healthy brain and health in general for your baby so it's two full benefits

So I totally while I totally agree with you and yeah of course exercising throughout your pregnancy is so healthy I unfortunately wasn't able to was basically put on bedrest it was really hard when I knew I wanted to work out on so I just try to eat the healthiest as possible but of course that's hard to so whatever you can possibly do I think is it is great if you can exercise that's awesome
