So I know Coachella just ended and Stagecoach is going on this weekend and I want to know your honest thoughts about those festivals because to be very honest with you, I have never been to them. I work in social media and in the content creation industry it is a very big deal to go at some point but I feel like over the years it's become less about the music, the prices keep getting higher and it's more about the outfits and who is doing what, where and I don't know, I just felt like it lost its spark and again I don't really have an interest to go at all but I would love to hear your perspective on this especially if you've gone in the past and if you went this year I would love to hear the differences and also what stayed the same.
I feel like stagecoach hasn't hit the level that Coachella has where if you go to Coachella, you know, you're usually like a celebrity or somebody trying to be a celebrity. It's more of like a status thing. I feel like Coachella is super overhyped. I think stagecoach will probably eventually get there, but for now, stagecoach looks relatively tolerable in my opinion.
I mean I looks fine but I don't know if I really wanna go to these big events because you see like what's happening all the time and I could go wrong but I do want to go to a musical festival but maybe one of the more I'm smaller ones but I don't think I mean Coache is a little over high but it's it's it's a music festival for big artist to go and for people have fun so it is what it is
CCCC I don't know that you know I mean like I I I really really diagram control concluded that this is very good and it's really fun so you know I like to deal with the property
I remember years ago I honestly thought Coachella would be a dream to go to and as years go by it's becoming less and less appealing just due to the honest reviews of people who attend and as well it's just so like I don't know it was a little bit outdated doesn't feel exciting anymore and I feel like the experience doesn't really match the amount that you're paying if that makes sense but feel free to tell me if I'm wrong
Oh my God I wish there was a option for like must do it's awesome not overhyped like I've been to Coachella I've only been one time but I would say it was totally worth it especially if you're somebody who wants to see all your favorite people at one time it's very cost-effective I know the big $500 ticket may sound crazy at first but you're seeing so many people there and the vibes were good nobody was like messy or nasty I would definitely do it again
I loved how you explained it from the cost perspective because that's what I was thinking in the back of my head. I was like, okay, well, you're paying a lot of money for this ticket, but it's not for one artist. you're watching multiple people and it's over three days, you know? So you raise a good point there, I'll say that.
I feel like Coachella used to really pop back in the days like it was worth every single penny you were spending it was an experience. I feel like nowadays it's so amateur.
I also think as well like social media has ruined things in the sense of like you can see every flipping clip about a performance etc so it's like you're experiencing it without being there whereas like back in the day like you had to be there to know like and I feel like that was actually what made things like proper like wow.
