So I have been taking these they're called extra concentrated chlorophyll drops they're from Amazon. I've been taking them for a few months now and I really like them I think it's like you get a lot more for your money because they're super concentrated and you just have to put like 10 drops in your water and it doesn't really make it taste that much different and I just feel like it's really good for my gut and my skin and I just feel like I can kind of see the benefits already even though it's been a couple months.

I've taken chlorophyll pills and I think they work really well I highly recommend it helps like blowing and everything like that so if you can take Laura for pills I would definitely do that
