So I've literally been having an intense amount of acid reflux and I've noticed that soon as I change my meats such as beef and chicken I kind of cut back on that import and started to kind of convert towards more fish things with more omega-3 in it and also ground turkey I am not feeling as bloated or in a gas or anything like that like it really does makes a difference in what you're eating you know what you're putting in your body or how you're going to feel I don't feel sluggish I have more energy so if anyone else kind of wanted to convert their diet so I kind of cut things out let me know
