So I am not a morning person at all and I'm trying to get better at it trying to be happier about it in the morning so how do you start your mornings to maybe give you a bit of motivation and make you get ready for the day little bit more things I feel like we start the day by waking up we should put on a little show for a little bit so I can get breakfast going and then I make us a smoothie and I drink my coffee and then we're just gonna hang out and then we go to playgroups around like 930 But we get up at like six so there's like 3 1/2 hours so we just kind of like moving around we might go outside for a little bit but what do you do
In the mornings I typically get my coffee going, then I get my little boy up and we eat breakfast, and then just kind of roll with how the day goes, go outside, play with Play-Doh, color, play with toys, go for a walk, just little things like that during the week.
What is in that smoothie because all those fruit looks so colorful yeah I really want to know what recipe that is because that looks really good and yet I want to start like maybe taking five minutes to journal in the morning maybe that'll motivate me so yeah that's just a tip maybe you can try it but I want to
I've actually been wanting to do this and I want to start a journal for both my kids because that's what my mom did but I started it for my daughter and then I didn't keep up with her and I really really regret it so I think I might start that up again in the smoothie is homemade orange like freshly squeezed orange juice and then I just put pineapple strawberries banana Maybe some mangos super good
