What is your least favorite body part to work out mine shoulders just cause I find it so boring you're like sitting down the whole time now you can do some standing but it's just I don't love it and I feel like it just does not burn as many calories as other exercise is du do you I can't really get like into it I don't know
Anything to do with arms and I don't know why but like legs are my absolute favorite favorite thing to work out and then arms are like okay I guess but I would just rather not there's so many other things that I would rather do.
