Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.
Honestly I just once my day is over with at work I just come home and try to forget about everything that happened you know I'm home now it's over it happened I try not to stay stuck on it when I get home because I'm home now I can just finally relax and not think about it and just make at least the end of my day
Sometimes I like to do a little retail therapy my go to go to for stress and stressful day I if I have time I will go my ass right to sleep please let me just whine down and restart real quick
