Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.

So I listen to Abraham hicks and I try to do breathing stuff and I listen to music when I need to feel less stress also taking a nice walk is good or sometimes I just get in the car and go for a ride go for a drive
