Lately everyone around me has been super stressed and I want to know how do you handle a stressful day because I too am going through it and my like first thing that I would do is just put my phone on do not disturb and then after that get my favorite meal, watch a funny movie, try to read a book, just something that makes me like want to forget about my like problems but I would love to hear from you what you would do in a situation like that.
I like to take a hot bath in something like Epsom Salt and then afterwards I like to read and drop into a world that doesn't have anything to do with me.
Alcohol even though it's not healthy alcohol no like a glass of wine or a beer as soon as I sit down definitely a comfort food whether it be a snack or meal and yeah I'll either read or I'll play video games that's like my release that's my go to Stardew valley if you ever have like you can play on your phone on the switch on Xbox whatever Stardew valley's very calming it's not like crazy come bad every
So I normally just stay quiet or to myself or you know I just try to think of positive things at the moment like yeah I'm stressed right now yeah it's hard right now I'm going through this right now but I will get through this things will get easier like I try to just remind myself with positive Positive thoughts
There's a good question of the versus for de I I make a list of everything that I Gotta do And I shower I notice I wanna shower I come out a lot better and a lot happier so showering is something that I recommend one being extremely overwhelmed
Honestly, the best way I do it is to take a nap and turn it like right now I'm in the process of doing that. Just turning off notifications on my phone unless they're pertinent information and and sometimes just playing a video game will help so much.
