um still my favorite fitness youtuber at the minute it's probably got to be james smith because he's literally so genuine he just tells you how it is he tells people the only way to lose weight is just through like a calorie deficit and he just keeps it realistic because the only way you can physically lose weight is if you put yourself in a calorie deficit and without that you're not losing any weight
