I want to know, do you meal prep your meals during the week? I want to start doing this and I need some tips. What are your tips of good meals to make? What type of meals do you like to make? Um, and like how often does it last? you switch up stuff so you don't get sick of the

No I used to do this and then I start but I want to get back into it so I used to sit down and write down the meals that we wanted for the week and then I will get the ingredients for it and I'll make them and I'll put them all away in the freezer and it always helped especially when I worked late but now that I'm staying at home mom I had to stay away from it but I want to get back to it because it's such a great idea

One of my favourite meal prepping things to do is to do mason jar salads if you look it up on YouTube you'll find so many different recipes for that but it's great because you could do about 3 to 5 at a time and it makes you not have to think about what you're having for lunch throughout the week so definitely recommend that

I'm gonna kind of condense this to make it short and sweet, but I do meal prep. I don't do it in the sense that a lot of other like fitness people do where they like make their meals and they put it into each little container and you have a little container for every day of the week. I like to make one big meal. I'll double it in size and I'll put it in like two to three big containers basically. So you have like leftovers for the week.

Everyone's so different with foods they like. So I would really just say have like a good five to ten meals that you know You like that are healthy that have good lean protein a good carb source Non-processed and good green leafy vegetables And if you don't know exactly what meal you want to make have at least those ingredients on hand and prep a a couple of those ingredients to make it easier on you to cook.
