Working on my fitness is probably something you've heard a time or two, so I want to know how many times a week do you work out. I work out three times a week, but I'm hoping to bump that up to five or six. but yeah, would love to hear about your experience of fitness.
I'd say four more times a week personally and the reason why I'd say that is because if you want to see quick results, if you want to take the time that you could do one few times a week, but if you want to see results in real time, there are four times a week because definitely they're quicker than you think.
