Totally agree I think magnesium is fantastic I also like to put essential oils in my room of lavender just to relax so it's not necessarily a supplement but a nice natural way to get just in the mood to go to bed
Magnesium site trade is really helpful. My latonin, different sleepy time teas are really good. essential oils, baths before bed can sometimes help or like reading as well.
I've tried taking melatonin and your body naturally produces melatonin already so it just kind of like enhances the amount of melatonin in your body and I've seen results from that sometimes.
