I would say it well I guess it would improve your improvement at the gym but it definitely does improve like more being awake at the gym and then also like just having more energy.
Oh yeah for sure I feel like if you get a good amount of sleep like 89 hours workout stuff with me way better than if you were to get like five or six but that's interesting because sometimes you're like psycho if it's messed up even if you get more sleep candy creature
