What's up guys? How can I prevent injuring while lifting weights at the gym? Me for example, I just do a lot of warm-up exercises because besides injuring, I think it helps me lift more and be more confident with the weights. What do you think?

To be honest the way to prevent get injuries before lifting weights in the gym to make sure I stretch before and after and to know how much we should be lifting and how much rep and how many says I should be doing

Just don't live for life. Like if you don't want to get injured live for your weight You know say like lift what you can handle don't live cuz it's cool. Like that's how you die. You're injured That's the best tip I can give you. and I don't work out the gym.

Properly stretch and make sure you're not using weight that's way too heavy Like you don't you don't got to be fucking popping out your your forehead veins if you're not even going for a PR type shit so And let your body recover, like rest up. Sleep is very important.

Oh and um, do dynamic stretches before and then static stretches afterwards. Dynamic is basically stretches that you move during the stretch and static, which in the name, you know, it implies that, you know, it's like when you're holding a position stretch if you get what I mean.
