Are usually spend about an hour I'd say I do 20 to 30 minutes on some sort of cardio typically and then I'll go and do whatever muscle group that I've decided to work on that day and usually that takes about half an hour to 45 minutes
You know what, I'll spend maybe like two and a half hours in junior year and that's doing like down to the workout, warm up, stretching, doing a steam room and so on. But I managed to take it down to like hour 45.
I don't go to the gym anymore I probably should but my excuse before was I was in extracurricular musical theatre they kick me out because the grades are just fucking stupid but that shit you don't need the gym that shit is fucking strenuous as hell man
