Alright, fried chicken, who reigns supreme? America, you know, comes from the south, you got your spice mixtures, your blends, flour base, you know, based on just really bringing out each and every one of those spices and just sort of having the spices mix together so you don't even know what all the spices are, right? Not to Colonel Sanders there. Versus your Korean, you know, it's your soy, your savory, you know, you're really, really getting the onion-y and the umami flavor out of that chicken so which one's better I don't know for me it's a toss-up I don't know if I'll be able to pick a the winner on this one.
Honestly I'm not gonna lie to you I'm gonna work for you and chicken Korean chicken in New Jersey and Cherry Hill is out of control Korean chicken all day
Heck yeah, Jonathan out of control. I haven't even heard that descriptor like on any soundbite around food So like out of control is is a great summary. Drop me some, drop me some nj spots and I'll pin them on my list. Appreciate it.
No nothing comes that close to the Korean fried wings ma'am they should just hit different told you like me some Nashville hot I think some Nashville hot but not over the Korean wings Navin close
Thank you, thank you. Why like I I like the wings at it like Korean fried wings like woof way better like I don't even understand Buffalo Wildlings after that Like how are they still in business honestly?
Yeah like the breading is usually a whole lot thicker I feel like they also usually generally more freshly prepare the wings as well which kind of definitely helps and then just the flavors of the soy the whatever it is bomb
Thanks Alan, it looks like we're, we may be in the minority here, because I don't know why everybody's just picking American, but But yeah, if you've had good Korean fried chicken, it's up there, no doubt. and like the garlic and the, the umami flavor just can't be beat.
Interesting John, I feel like I don't want to say it's in the sauce because that's just like making an excuse right nobody wants to say oh you have to have it with the sauce but like I understand where you're coming from the dry spice of the American fried chicken really does it for most people so I get it.
American fried chicken you can't go wrong with it and with Korean fried chicken and you sometimes can and sometimes you don't know what they mean they're using let's be real
Alright Rose, that was borderline a little racist, but you know what? You have a British accent, so like you kind of get away with it, not gonna lie. Um, but yeah, you can never go wrong with American Fried Chicken, I definitely feel you on that.
Korean fried chicken is amazing I would say the love to have like somebody's Southern auntie make me some real fried chicken in a cast-iron pan you know that's my dream
That's a great dream. I feel like it's the same with an old Korean woman. right? Like, either way, it's gotta be an old matriarch, right? But, yeah, thinking about that Southern cast iron.
