Hey everybody, hey, hey there this is Sister Crystal here and I'm back with a follow up from «The Today Years » old from the other day. Now yesterday I had 480 calories worth of candy the M&M's they were good, I had to eat the whole thing in one sitting right and today I'm having 480 calories of a meal now. I haven't had this before so I hope it tastes good but I'd rather fill up on an actually meal than on candy but I just needed to have M&Ms. Plus, I haven't had peanut M&Ms in awhile. But how about you? How would you like to have candy fill up on your calories with candy? or fill up with a meal? Let's discuss!
sister crystal, I would rather have calories from a meal even though there are days that I'd rather just eat chocolate. I like M&M's to the peanut ones as well I also like the Reese's ones they look like M&M's but they're just Reese's they have peanut butter inside of them they're so good but this looks delicious I love mac and cheese it looks good I hope you enjoy your meal
I had one of these meals as well I mixed the spaghetti one with oh I think what was the fettuccine alfredo one Mixed them both and it became like such a good sauce like a good pasta. It was really great I like that and then sometimes when I have fettuccine alfredo or mac and cheese I'll add extra cheese on it, and it will be so delicious. I used to mix it up too
Hey Sister Crystal, hey GrandRyzing The calorie counting used to be a big part of my workout. when I was losing weight. Look, excuse me. It's very important to know what calories you are putting in your body. I would much rather have calories from a meal than from a candy because it will keep you full longer... Hold on one second...
Hey there again Queen Donatella. Yeah you know what? When I ate those peanut M&Ms I was actually a little hungry and if I had went further I would have ate the meal instead but you know what, things work out.
