How do you mamas stay productive sometimes it's super hard especially like for me in the mornings it's really hard to start my day I just feel like doing absolutely nothing my body is so tired and I don't normally have coffee because I don't want to get in the habit of relying on coffee for energy but I normally start my day with like a glass of water and sometimes I will have coffee maybe like once or twice like maybe every two weeks And yeah so if I need to get like cleaning done I will normally throw on like some music or like a podcast and have like one of my headphones in I just so I can still hear my kids but then it makes me feel guilty because I like don't pay attention to them so I try to make sure that you know I'm like interacting with them throughout the morning usually it's just like the first part of my day usually they were like entertained by like the TV for a little bit meanwhile I get them breakfast and then we all sit together have breakfast I'm usually that last maybe 1020 minutes they don't usually take too long And then yeah and then I will clean up a little bit after I clean up I will normally just turn off my music or whatever I'm listening to and then going through my day with the girls so yeah how do you guys stay productive I feel like if I don't have something to listen to I get so distracted I don't know if that's like a symptom for some thing if I can make ADHD I don't know but I get so distracted and I end up just like pacing back-and-forth kind of thing like I don't know it's just weird but yeah I need some new ideas let me know what you guys do
I'll stay productive by working in the only time that I have so like when my daughter sleeping naptime and then at night after she goes to bed but only five days a week like I give myself the weekends off and I really really really need to quit my 9 to 5 so I'm super dedicated and like laser focused on staying productive in my contact creation so that I'm able to do that
I agree it is definitely hard month the mornings for me you're definitely hard I want to start doing like tomorrow morning routine or maybe some meal prep for breakfast but yeah I'm here for the post cause I want to know how everyone stays productive
I don't know I just have like random like sparks of energy I guess I just feel like oh I want to clean and I want to get this done and then there's other times where I'm just staring at the pile of like trash sitting there It's just so hard to stay motivated and productive with a toddler running around for me
