what's up guys how you guys doing i put a link to my tiktok tiktok story i was so congested this morning like how many of you guys suffer from hay fever dreadful you won't believe it watch that 10 second video with this link here. anyway i kind of went to my organic shop and i found something and i'm sure i bought it in the past but i don't know why i didn't continue using it so instead of anti histamines that a doctor prescribed and you're using all the time. I found like an organic capsule. I'm gonna put a picture here. I will let you guys know in in a month or so um if he's working huh

I have never heard of hay fever. What is that like a lot worse than a regular fever? I'm curious because I would definitely want to avoid that and make sure I have the right holistic medicine so I can be, so I can feel better if I do end up getting it.

Wow really? Usually when people don't know what it is they're from probably Africa or any other green country The western world is full of it. Basically it's been allergic to pollen So come spring time, summertime, autumn when the flowers start to bloom after they die in winter The pollen from the grass trees affects certain people like me. Itchy nose, itchy eyes, scratchy throats You actually get body fever, you know from it sticky eyes.

It's literally an allergic reaction to the air that we're breathing in and out. Can you imagine that? Because everybody's got to breathe. It's literally an allergic reaction. So your body has all this reaction to breathing in the air which has lots of pollen. Usually you have it in American, US, any Western world. They seem to have it. Africa doesn't seem to have it much and Caribbean. And also you get very flemy, mucosic, congested. It's terrible, I'll tell ya.

yeah I get happy for quite a lot but as a reason ever since I don't know like the last few years maybe I haven't gotten it during the summer that's when I usually used to get it so yeah like right now I'm doing good but you can never count it out with my with me this is my situation is like a bit weird in a way it can come and you can go as well.

Wow, I don't know if to say that you're lucky or maybe you just are growing it You know some people have it as a child and then they are growing mine started at 18 so And the guy in the health shop my friend he said he started at 40 years of age So I don't know. Let's hope yours is gone. Let's stay positive. Thank you for taking part in my soundbar
