Have you ever seen this lactose free milk and wondered what on earth is it? Because I have picked it up and just put it down because I'm not going to be the guinea pig because personally I am allergic to dairy and I've also got intolerance to dairy. So when I was reading it and they're like oh lactose free milk from cow's milk I'm like okay what does that mean? But today I found out like it simply just means that it's gone through a process where they've removed lactose from the cow milk but it's still dairy so basically only people that have lactose intolerance which is apparently a digestive condition can drink it but those are allergic to dairy like moi we receive an immune response so it's like my mind's just blown i have both an allergic reaction and i have intolerance to it so thank god i've been avoiding it but it's like Jesus Christ. What's the point? Cow's milk is still dairy. If you've ever wondered maybe my explanation helped you or not let me know because I usually look at the box and I'm just like mmm I don't understand but I stayed away from me. Thank God I did.
I recently tried a lactose free milk and I really don't remember what brand it was it's a brand also makes like a normal dairy milk but this one was lactose free and I haven't had a normal milk in like years cause I'm lactose intolerant so am I mean I thought it tasted like milk but I personally like would rather just have a cold milk or coconut milk
So I'm curious, how was the lactose free milk? Did it give you any reactions or was it okay? Because I guess technology should mean that they make sure that if your lactose intolerance it should be okay right but you're right old milk is the best thank God for that invention
Oh you're right, old milk is the best. When I saw the lactose free milk I was like oh you know I was interested. Because back in the day, very very long time ago, there was only rice milk. There was rice milk and soy milk and I'm allergic to soy so there was rice milk. If you had rice milk you'd know, it's like water. So now that there's old milk, it's luxury. But if I see anything new, I like to try it. Well thank God I did not try that.
