Are you the type of person that likes to take naps I love to take naps I love love love to do that especially when I had a super hectic day and training it just hits so good today especially because I just I just mean again I'm so excited because the last time I love swim for training was about 45 years ago and I just went back today and I am it was super exhausting so when I took a nap it just hits so good but do you like sick naps
My gosh I absolutely love love naps I'm the type of person who will nap every single day I will let my body wake up super early at like 5 o'clock in the morning and then just let myself nap in the afternoon because I would really rather a nap then sleep through the night and I know that sounds horrible but it's true
Oh my gosh I love to take naps only my nap so I can't do like the power naps like the 20 minute naps I never feel refreshed if anything I feel more tired so mine are usually a couple hours long which is probably not goodbye
I love naps too but I don't know every time I take them I end up feeling so groggy after like no matter how long I just feel like the rest of my day is like starting over again or just like ruined and like I need to go to bed because I'm so tired.

I wish I like to take naps. I always feel worse after I naps. I just don't and I just try to stay up until I get everything done.
