Alright so my question is there are you happy with your help right now and it's not tell me why because I said for me personally I want to see I'm not happy but I thought still some things that will improve on top of what you don't know me so I have a healthy diet for example
I would say yes overall I am happy with my health. There's always room for improvement so I know that I can do better it's just that I need to do better. I would say my daily diet is pretty good. I just need to work on not snacking or eating after seven that sometimes can be difficult but other than that I'd say yeah.
Happy with my health. I mean I'm working to get fitter and eat healthier, but I'm overall happy like I have a good relationship with my body. I do active things to see friends and not just for my body always but I do it to get out in nature and for my mental health.
I would say I'm very proud and I'm only gonna get better at the moment because I'm avoiding all crap at the moment. So like I'm zero sugar as in you know like chocolates. Any snacks sweets like that just zero. and I'm just eating the right things. Fruits, only drinking water, black coffee, Just keeping it simple.
Well, yeah, I've been feeling quite good until today, but you know, I wasn't holding and our teacher called us We have to go back to university again, but I didn't feel like going. That's why I liked my teacher I said I don't feel like good teacher I'm taking the job my mother is doing. That's why I can't go So even now I lied and you know what happened? It turned to be right. I mean now I really feel sick.
I'm like you, I'm happy, but there's always room for improvement. Like, I really want to lean out a little more, eat healthier foods, not eat out as much, and I think I'll be in a better place with my health.
If I'm being honest with myself I am not super happy with my health at the moment I think I've got a bit of a case of the winter blues him and also like ever since I got the Covid vaccines I got two of them I haven't really felt like myself so I feel like they're kind of negatively impacting me but I feel like once the sunshine comes out and it just gets better weather that I'll start feeling better
