Any other home schooling and schooling mama is here on this app just curious my son he still goes to enrichment program so he's technically homeschooled but he's never home so people that all the time they're like you homeschool Mickey Mouse please never here he goes to used to nature school enrichment programs here in San Diego and just curious if you are a homeschooling Unschooling mama or thinking about it you know how do you make it work for your family what are some cool resources you found or if you have questions for me about why we decided to do that and how we do it let me know

So my oldest is only three right now, but homeschooling is definitely something that is on my mind and I talk to my husband all the time about. I don't have like the patience I don't think right now to homeschool him, but I would love to find somebody that can like homeschool him outside of the home or even come to the home to homeschool him. So yeah, that's definitely something that I'm thinking about.

The mind expansion that comes with Unschooling over homeschooling the safety the lack of bullying the well-rounded nurse that the person who did the soundbite sounds like there are doing but I would suggest over and over in the next two years AI is going to change the standard schooling system till it's on its head anyway and you will be ahead of the game

Show me all this is only 2 1/2 but what I'm thinking about doing is half and half because the public schools in my area are actually pretty decent I'm in Canada so I think I'm gonna spit sending her like 2 to 3 days a week to actual school and then the other days like either homeschool or at a nature school because I want her to be able to learn everything and be able to choose what she actually wants to learn because So much pointless stuff is taught

So I did homeschool and I don't know if I would call it Unschooling but I let them do you like deep dives into what they were interested in at the time and that helped out like a whole bunch and there's actually a website where teachers put stuff I have a trainer member what it is send me a message and then I will to remind me and then I will find that website and send it to you but it's so amazing

Oh my goodness I have never heard the term Unschooling before I don't know if that's a thing in the Midwest it probably is but I don't know if in my area I'm gonna have to look into that now I've been thinking about homeschooling my kids in my office is only two so I still have a ways to go and I do things here at home with like you know like the basic stuff but I would love to look into us going into send them to places where there are other similar kids it's not a traditional school because I don't I don't know I'm not convinced on the whole lake school thing

Former homeschooling mom here I actually have never heard of nature school so I'm a little more interested to learn about that but whenever I was homeschooling my kids I just used a website called IXL I guess it really wasn't Unschooling because I still try to teach them English and math and science but it was just the way we did it throughout the day so I would like T concepts and then just break it down into activities and lessons

I do homeschool my daughter she's just in kindergarten so we're just starting out on how we make it work I stay home Monday through Friday my husband works and then I work Saturday and Sunday when he is home she did go to part time preschool when she was three and four but she is just homeschooled now she's in a lot of activities cheerleading dance But

We had a little bit of both. My mom was our homeschool teacher, but she started homeschool for me because they knew we were going to move when I was like six. So they didn't want to throw me in a public school, make a bunch of friends, then yank me out. So that's how I started. And it was actually a really good way to do it because we just got a really good foundation in math and history that Midwest schools did not give. So it worked out really well and she did a fantastic job.
