What are your thoughts on Epsom salt I only use of only use the ones and that was when I used to play a lot of sports and I was very very sore and I don't think I use the wall though because I don't think I put a nerve since I didn't feel it as much as other people say they usually feel it so if you've ever use it what has your experience been with it
Epson salts are great as long as it's just plain Epson salts that you're using and not getting anything that's scented scented or has fragrance added to it because of the toxins normally added with those chemicals it's just get plain Epson salt it's great for muscle relaxation and also aids in adding some magnesium into your body so if you want it to be scented just get the plain Epsom salt and get yourself some high-quality essential oils
You see this is my loves there because I'm always the new things on the one that I had a garden thank you for mentioning I'm not gonna use anymore it was lavender it would had an average lavender fragrance sweat I only use it once and it was for my feed because I had to walk the law and me if you were really hurting so think of this I didn't get my whole body in it but next time I do get them I am gonna get the clean version
Are used to take Epsom salt baths pretty often especially when I first enjoyed running before I figured out that I tore multiple ligaments on it personally I thought like the next day I felt like I woke up more sore maybe it's just the type of Epsom salt I was using I was using the one that was focused more on like muscle soreness but I always felt like it hurt more than next day when I took it off some salt bath
You see that's what I'm talking about everybody has different experiences but thank you so much for sharing yours because I always get mixed reviews about it but I'm definitely gonna go back to China
So during lockdown in COVID, I was like religiously taking a hot, epsom cell bath, like at least like three or four times a week. If not every day. And I would use the Dr. Teal's, like the cannabis sativa one. And I would also get a vitamin C like skin boosting, brightener, whatever one. And I would just sit there and soak for hours and I loved it. I loved it. I felt so great. I was so flexible too.
