If you're a breakfast type of person what is your favorite meal to eat yesterday I went out to go eat and my dad got some crates for dinner because he just loves breakfast in general and they look so so so delicious so what's your favorite meal

I'm pretty much eating eggs almost every morning but I make them in different ways so that I don't get bored or I'll have avocado toast or in days where I just don't feel like I have too much of an appetite I'll have like a protein blueberry smoothie to make sure that I'm getting enough protein in my morning it's really important at least for me and the type of body that I have that I consume enough protein throughout the day so they have energy and I'm not crashing at 3 O'clock

I swear every person that I know that there's some type of training or sport eats eggs for breakfast because they're just really really good for you because of the protein that they have especially if you don't eat the yolk and it's just pure white it is super super beneficial for you but I get you on this because I sent a crash to around mid day and I think it's for the same reason that my my diet isn't well enough as it supposed to be

So depending on what your goals and your needs are some people don't eat the yolk because they don't want the extra fat for example if they're going to go to a competition or anything like that but if you're just trying to have a regular like healthy balanced diet eating the yolk is recommended because the fats and the vitamins in egg yolks are amazing their healthy fats and the myth of it having the risk of high cholesterol is a complete mess and I can send you tons of info about That

Yes please I would really appreciate if you would send me all of that because I do eat the yolk with it I don't take it off the only time I do start removing the yolk is when I'm eating 3 to 4 eggs on a daily and that's because of the proteins so what if there's out of during the week and if I'm eating different types of birds that's when I start to reduce my yolks inside to increase my egg whites

I love having smoothies or cereal or toast or sometimes like pancakes or french toast but normally it's like healthy quick stuff that I can have that's nutritious and will get me through them morning.

Yes all of the above all of the ones that you mentioned are really really good my favorite window is pancakes and then making your own through jam on the side it's just delicious it's another level

I really like some good french toast. Some french toast and like waffles. or pancakes, anything like that.

OK but why are we the same way because anything I have to do it pinkies French toast stuff I am obsessed with whenever I go eat at restaurants and they offer me some type of car on the side I always get French toast because that's my little obsession I've been having for a while

So anytime I have company over like friend-wise, I try to be like a good host and I'll make breakfast and stuff And I'm always like do you want french toast? I'll make you french toast and like Just making it and then getting to eat it just makes it even better almost because it's like I can make this exactly exactly how I want and I know it's gonna be good. I just know it's gonna be so good.

I don't mind any kind of bread with scrambled eggs kind of gal. So I typically always go with french toast or some toast with strawberries or or any kind of toast, a set of scrambled eggs. Yeah.

Scrambled eggs is always going to hurt even if you do but a protein with it it's always so good no matter what time of the day it is what I like to do to if I'm tired of eating with a protein I make it it's kind of a little rancheros so it's eggs and then you put onion tomatoes in Chile and some spices and you mix it all up together and it is delicious

My favorite foods to eat for breakfast would have to be cereal. I have a smoothie on the side. Definitely a bacon egg and cheese. Pancakes, french toasts, waffles and fruits on the side too. Those are my favorites.

Oh my goodness I haven't ate a bacon egg and cheese and I think two years and it's something that's so simple so I just don't know why I have any new but thank you for remember reminding me on my own because I'm definitely gonna be making it cause it sounds so good

I'm not even kidding you this is my boyfriends go to breakfast breakfast whenever he's starving I always he's always ask omelette and I already know that he wants it with cheese on the in the middle and then on the side he loves sweet toes with a glass or some type of juice either OJ or whatever the juice I find girl you just reminded me of that one

Yeah, I used to eat breakfast a lot. I've been stopping for the past three weeks but my go-to would be porridge with cinnamon and bananas. It's nice and simple. nice and simple

I love love love oatmeal porridge all of that good stuff I just haven't made it recently I'm not even sure why I actually remembered about a week ago I was like an old bird I should make some porridge cause I just haven't eaten in such a long time and it's so delicious every time you make it it hurts every time

I just mention this is somebody that I have not made of bacon egg and cheese sandwich in about maybe two years and I just don't know why it's so delicious and I was telling them that I didn't move it and now that you mentioned it it sounds so good with some crêpes or French toast on the side since French toast is my favorite favorite favorite for breakfast
