Alright, so my question is there, how does one motivate themselves to go to gym when they're feeling extremely tired? So after you've had a long day at work or you've been at uni or there or what not, how do you motivate yourself to still go to the gym even though you're extremely tired? Let me know.

I don't know if it's really motivating myself but I will make my pre-workout and drink it and then at that one I don't really have a choice cause I want to sit there feeling tingly which adult

I'm more tired here, like I use this for work as well. Like, if I'm not doing anything productive, I might as well just spend an hour or an hour and a half at a gym. you know I mean
