What are your nonnegotiable do you have to do or your nighttime routine they have to do before you go to sleep for me mine or to definitely finish off my book I have to finish of reading my 10 pages and then to drink at least a glass of water then to be with all my phone release 30 minutes I'm trying to bump it up to an hour but I'm doing 30 minutes so far and then to listen to either a podcast or some music while I'm going to sleep
I always need to empty whatever is left in my water bottle into the cats water dish and then I refill mine for the night and then I also refill my wife's water bottle and make sure that I put ice in it because she is an ice water lover
I love how you don't even have to think about what the routine was I could keep so naturally see you that you're really know what you do wanna make the bases and yes I get you on the last part because my boyfriend also lives really cold water so either how to fill it up with eyes or put in the refrigerator before
Yes I have a nighttime routine it would be my facial routine which is washing my face I have to wash my face and do my skin care routine before I go to sleep or if I don't that would just be breaking a rule yeah so yeah
Oh yes that's yes that is a must every time I shower I always always always have to put on my acne mask to just because like you're saying like if you don't do it it just feels weird you're literally breaking the rule
Honestly sometimes the most simple routines are the ones that I'll be the most shit sometimes well all the time I struggle to go to sleep before bed so that's why I'm doing it best to have no screen time before and talk to me

For me, it's showering, doing my skincare, and then taking magnesium, but I'm trying to get back into reading before I go to bed, instead of being on my phone, so I'm working on that.
Girl that's the best I just recently started doing again because of the challenge I'm doing it requires you to read night before bed but just read in general and it helps you get into such a relaxed state before you go to sleep
see me I got to put my gun in the boot bag so I can go to school when I'm finished I'm just putting the gun in my head bag, I'm going to sleep with a Glock 499, it's on my pillow.
