What's something that's undervalued in society? For me I think like you know plumbers, electricians, contractors, roofers are undervalued because like we don't really appreciate that like we're living in the things that those people built and like whenever there's a problem we call those people we don't necessarily like solve the problem ourselves. We are fixated on like solving our company's problems or you know the place we work at. I don't know there's something weird about like not being self-sufficient anymore. What do what you guys think is undervalued in society.
Artis and this is gonna be a multi audio post because it's gonna take me a while because think about it the only people that are valued in the art and entertainment world
Also when I say the arts I mean anything in the arts you know an artist can be an actor a writer a singer a comedian a visual artist anything within the arts that counts
People will have lots of respect for individuals who got famous and have lots of money. but when it comes to the everyday person who participates in the arts and isn't like rich or famous.
People literally don't respect them, slash us, because I'm one of them. And people be like, why are you doing this? It's just a hobby, blah blah blah. like they don't respect the career at all.
I'll be like, you're not making any money. And I'm like, I would be making money if you didn't buy cheap ass art from Target in the ready-made section.
Being famous is great. I would love to be famous. There's nothing wrong with it. What's wrong is the fact that people think that because you're not famous, you're not worthy, or that you're not good.
Which we know is totally not true and you are totally worthy of being respected you're totally worthy of people investing in you and buying what you make or tickets to your performance whatever you're doing
