I will admit that But I will make an effort this week to eat more whole grain bread I mean like whole grain bread and good is hard to find I think the store-bought whole grain bread like tastes shitty on purpose because you know the white bread wants the monopoly over the store but like if you find a good whole grain bread like Dave's killer like you really enjoy yourself.
