Hi my mom friend my question of the day is what's one thing you do to make time for yourself I really like going to fitness classes and yoga and doing like anything like a Zumba class is really fun but this week I'm actually going to an event with this yoga studio and content creation studio and they're doing like a yoga class and drip bar session so I'm pretty excited to go check that out yes so I would love to hear what you guys do as your forms of Self-care
