So I shared last week that I've been really down and struggling with my mental health. My friend reached out to me and asked me to go for a run with them this morning and I'm thinking that we're going for a jog. I did not think that he really wanted us to sprint. Let me tell you, I am still catching my breath because yesterday was leg day for me. I, bad idea. Big mistake, huge. I should have just done a quick pace. Um, but yeah, what do you, are you guys a sprinter? Or are you a jogger? Or are you, like your girly here, a person who likes a little bit of a pace, a nice walk?
I think you whatever is fast is like sprinting you burn more calories when you're sprinting then what you were in jogging for like 30 minutes but if you spray for like 10 minutes you literally burning the same if not more calories so I think that one's just a better option
Nah man, if you're like doing cardio and you're just working your fitness, why are you sprinting man? Are you in the Olympics? Are you gonna, are you gold medalist? No bro. take a jog, you know, take a time, go out in nice pace, and there's just more as well.
I'd rather jog, man. I prefer jogging, but obviously a reason to that is because I've suffered numerous injuries on my ankle. I've hurt my ankle a couple times and I've broken it before, so obviously the impact of sprinting, sometimes I feel it, but I prefer to jog, because it's a lot less strain on your joints as well.
Whenever I do go running on a treadmill because running outside as is harder on my body but I'm a geographer sure sometimes when I have like a quarter-mile left or even half of that on sprint it out just tell him headed harder I guess
Personally I like to jog granted even if it is only day I'll do like at least like a 3 mile jog that consist of like 30 minutes each but again that's just me
I feel like I should even bother answering this question but it's a question and doesn't apply to me I don't Sprint or jog another game I probably jogged in a lifetime but never sprinted I could is the people that do shout out to the joggers and sprinters
