So I shared last week that I've been really down and struggling with my mental health. My friend reached out to me and asked me to go for a run with them this morning and I'm thinking that we're going for a jog. I did not think that he really wanted us to sprint. Let me tell you, I am still catching my breath because yesterday was leg day for me. I, bad idea. Big mistake, huge. I should have just done a quick pace. Um, but yeah, what do you, are you guys a sprinter? Or are you a jogger? Or are you, like your girly here, a person who likes a little bit of a pace, a nice walk?
I'm not gonna lie I prefer jogging and to be fair sometimes mixing up is also nice so a little bit of jogging with a little bit of sprinting in between and and then go about your drug and it's probably the best option.
