We personally, you know, I'm sad it takes a lot because you're obviously being great for your own safety and for your own good. So you know, home is great to me when it's my close friend or just a stranger in the gym. I appreciate it regardless because I'm literally trying to help.
It depends on who's critiquing me. Usually I take it positively because Yeah, it helps you out and you should listen you it'll make you better, but then sometimes There's some people that you just shouldn't listen to.
I just take their advice and thank them. I don't really feel negatively about it. I mean, if they're really taking the time to just point something out to me like that, then I don't mind at all. In fact, it makes me happy.
