So, outside of going to the regular gym, what is your favorite way to move around and get some exercise? My favorite thing to do is dance. I love dancing. I think it's so much fun. I'm always laughing. I love to dance to different genres. I love to do bachata, compas, salsa, hip hop. I even took ballet when I was younger. I mean, I enjoy it so much, especially when I have great people around me and great instructors. And I just might join a new class. So tell me what's a good way, well what's one of your favorite ways to move around?
In the summer one of my favorite things to do is go on like a nice little trail. Nothing too crazy, not like a hike, but a nice little trail and it's in my town and and it surrounds over a body of water. Love that.
Now when you say biking, are you going on like trails? Like are you on like rugged terrain biking? or are you like going for a nice stroll in your neighborhood kind of thing?
You sound like the most fun person to pair with for working out and eating healthy. I need to find a way to meet you, but I wish I could swim. I'm very good at sinking. Love dance.
And I used to bike all the time. I used to but the areas and neighborhoods that I live in now is just not necessarily safe for me to really bike. Not anymore.
I love going on walks especially in my area I have a Riverside view I literally just love going outside my house for like half an hour 45 minutes and I love just walking where the wind takes me
I love that for you. I can't wait for the summer to hit so I can take my walks around the trails. Next time we go for a walk around the same time we should call each other. keep each other company.
I usually play flag football with all of my guy cousins and uncles during the summer. That is something I used to do all the time when I was younger and that is such a vibe. cardio.
Definitely dancing because I feel like you don't even feel like working out in the moment but then if you do it for like at least an hour the next day you're going to feel it and it's such a good workout but it's so fun
Yeah, that's the key point of it, right? So like with something like dancing, you're focusing on staying on rhythm and getting it to the steps and genuinely having a good time. so you don't even realize like you're working out.
I can't do yoga to save my life. If someone was like you get to live forever but you have to do yoga I'd be like you know what I had a good life. I can't. I I wish I could be a yoga girlie. I can't do it.
I am guilty of watching Chloe ting videos for my work out all the time I just don't like leaving the house I'm uncomfortable at the gym and I'd rather work out in the comfort of my own home and I've seen great results with the Chloe ting videos or really any YouTube videos but I prefer Chloe
I completely understand I was the same way. It would be Chloe Ting and Cassie from Blogilates, so I used to do that and then Wastestrain and I would I still work out a lot at home.
But yeah, that is a guilty pleasure. Like I absolutely love it. I've been using an app called Fitbot as well. And it has a plethora of different workout stretches, all of the above to use to do at home.
